We've just added a load of new classes to our Timetable
Sessions are 45-60 minutes long and currently at the introductory price of £8 per session. No commitment or membership required.
HYROX is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your overall fitness or a seasoned athlete aiming to challenge yourself, HYROX offers scalable workouts that cater to all abilities.
Integrating HYROX training into your fitness routine can enhance cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall functional fitness. JDW Fitness's new HYROX classes provide an excellent opportunity to prepare for HYROX events or to diversify your training regimen.

Sports Massage keeps your muscles in top condition, enhancing athletic performance and lowering the risk of injury. It offers several benefits, including:

Nicky is a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist which means she can aid specifically in terms of treating soft tissue injuries.
Specialising in Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques and Connective Tissue Massage

Also qualified in Myofascial Cupping
​
Nicky is currently studying towards Level 5, where upon completion she will be able to assess and treat a further range of sports injuries, learn complex assessment methods to conduct postural and gait analysis, learn taping and strapping techniques and gain hands on experience with ultrasound and other electrotherapy modalities.
