A blend of HIIT, bodyweight, resistance bands and strength and conditioning techniques. We have a strong emphasis on posture and form throughout your training. Keeping you safe is key to enhancing your experience as well as providing high quality instruction.
We encourage you to explore the strengths and weaknesses of your body to help you harness your inner athlete, forging a whole body strength and fitness that is beyond anything you thought possible.
The four-weekly subscription includes body composition/measurements (if required), nutritional guidance and fitness assessments.
