The combination of specialist personal training, postural analysis, bespoke programs and nutritional assessments  makes this service UNIQUE.

We pride ourselves in treating every single person as an individual, so everything - including where we train - is built around you.

We train clients of all abilities, ages, genders and fitness levels. You may be focused on performance and want to improve in a sport (like running,  cycling, or triathlon) or you may need rehabilitation after an injury. 

Perhaps you want to lose weight, or maybe you just realise the benefits of being fit and healthy, and need a little help along the way.

MORNING & EVENING BOOTCAMPS

 OUTDOORS from MON 29TH MARCH

4-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION

- 3 x sessions per week

£80 per 4 weeks

Small group fitness classes so you get the attention you deserve!

A blend of HIIT, bodyweight, resistance bands and strength and conditioning techniques. We have some awesome cardio kit and lifting kit at the studio to keep training exciting and interesting and help you develop!

 We have a strong emphasis on posture and form throughout your training. Keeping you safe is key to enhancing your experience as well as providing high quality instruction.

The four-weekly subscription includes body composition/measurements (if required), nutritional guidance and fitness assessments.

Spaces are limited.

Also offering Kettlebells,  Yoga and HIITSTEP as pay as you go classes to add variety to our timetable.

Sports Massage helps to keep your muscles in good condition, which helps to improve sporting performance and reduces risk of injury. Don't neglect yourself!!
