Small group fitness classes so you get the attention you deserve!
A blend of HIIT, bodyweight, resistance bands and strength and conditioning techniques. We have some awesome cardio kit and lifting kit at the studio to keep training exciting and interesting and help you develop!
We have a strong emphasis on posture and form throughout your training. Keeping you safe is key to enhancing your experience as well as providing high quality instruction.
The four-weekly subscription includes body composition/measurements (if required), nutritional guidance and fitness assessments.
Pay as you go option currently available for the morning Bootcamps.
Also offering Kettlebells, Boxing and HIITSTEP as pay as you go classes to add variety to our timetable.
