ABOUT ME!
I'm a 50 years young fitness coach from North Yorkshire. I have been in the fitness industry since 2012 with a vision of helping people become 'more'.
With qualifications in Bio-mechanics, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Kettlebells, Boxercise, Group Fitness, Functional Training and more, I have a variety of modalities and knowledge at my disposal.
I cut my teeth in Obstacle Racing (Yorkshire Warrior x 2, Total Warrior x 5, Tough Mudder x 3 and Spartan Trifecta and Ultra 2021)
I've done multiple trail races of varying distances but really found my passion in Ultra running (35 miles x 3, 50 miles x 3, 60 miles x 2, 80 miles x 1 and 100 miles (Lakeland 100) x 2
Adventure races have included Highlands Coast to Coast x 2, Ratrace Multisport Croatia (multi discipline), and Ratrace Source to City New York (multi discipline). Running, Kayaking and Cycling.
With another big adventure planned in Scotland in 2026.
