Service Description
We’re teaming up with Wild Hybrid to host a one-off hybrid fitness event at JDW Fitness. Instead of our usual Saturday 8am HYROX session, we’ll be running a structured, competition-style workout combining strength, conditioning, and functional movement. This is a friendly, low-pressure competition — designed so anyone can take part. All elements are fully scalable, so you can challenge yourself at your own level. It’s not about being the fittest in the room. It’s about getting involved, testing yourself, and enjoying the session. We’ve also been given 2 complimentary Wild Hybrid event entries, which will be awarded to the winners on the day. Everyone taking part will also receive discount codes for future Wild Hybrid events. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule you must notify us 24 hours in advance before the date of the course start, otherwise the fee will be non-refundable. No individual sessions in a course are transferable or refundable.
