Service Description

Small group fitness classes so you get the attention you deserve. The Vigour bootcamp is designed to increase fitness levels, help you feel more energised, lose body fat and develop lean muscle mass. The workouts are challenging but fun and can be adapted to suit all levels. 40 minutes of short bursts of intensity, mixing up some strength and skill with aerobic conditioning.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you must notify us 24 hours in advance before the date of the course start, otherwise the fee will be non-refundable. No individual sessions in a course are transferable or refundable. Sessions may be recorded or available live on Zoom.
