Lifted is our midlife-friendly Strength class - aimed at 40s, 50s & beyond (but not exclusive to). Built for real people, real bodies, and zero gym-bro energy. No 1RMs. No bullshit. Just smart, functional training using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, barbells, breathwork, and bodyweight — designed to make everyday life feel easier. With a strong focus on form, function, and actually feeling good in your body again. Whether you’re getting back into movement, riding the ups and downs of midlife, or just sick of the high pressure gym environment — this is for you. This class is body-aware, nervous system-aware, and designed for real life — not performance metrics. Because strength should lift you up — not break you down.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule you must notify us 24 hours in advance before the date of the course start, otherwise the fee will be non-refundable. No individual sessions in a course are transferable or refundable.
