John is the founder of JDW Fitness and has been personal training and coaching since 2013. John is an enthusiastic off-road runner , cyclist and Kettlebell expert. He epitomises his own strength and conditioning ethos; creating a strong and robust framework , being vital for injury prevention, and promoting excellent cardiovascular fitness.
Currently studying Bio-Mechanics, John is able to provide postural assessments and analysis, to ensure you get the most out of your training.
LEVEL 3 PERSONAL TRAINER
Nicky has a strong background in swimming and qualified as as personal trainer in 2018. She completed her first running Ultra last year, after coming back from a serious foot injury, and has learned the benefits of strength and conditioning, along with massage therapy and Yoga, as a fantastic tool for rehabilitation and recovery.
Nicky will attempt to run her first 50miler later this year.
