As of 13th May, the Government have advised that 1:1 PT can also now take place outdoors (at a 2m safe distance).

The studio is currently closed due to Covid-19 but we are continuing with online training programs, live Zoom group classes, and live 1:1 Personal Training.

In addition we are also extending the provision of services to include Biomechanical assessments and corrective exercise programming.

John is the founder of JDW Fitness and  has been personal training and coaching since 2013.  John is an enthusiastic off-road runner  and epitomises his own strength and conditioning ethos;  creating a strong and robust framework ,  being vital for injury prevention, and promoting excellent cardiovascular fitness.

Nicky has a strong background in swimming and  qualified as as personal trainer in 2018. She completed her first running Ultra earlier this year, after coming back from a serious foot injury, and has learned the benefits of strength and conditioning, along with massage therapy and Yoga, as a fantastic tool for rehabilitation and recovery.
