How many of us get enough rest? Maybe you have some feelings about rest that get in the way of you lying down and doing nothing… We all know how to rest, of course – but do you actually do it? Do you stop regularly? And what do those stops look like? Are they a full stop, or are you stopping to check your phone, or do some other busy-making activity? Join us in our dedicated upstairs Yoga space for a peaceful practice, a guided relaxation, lying down. No experience needed. Ideal for those looking to relax, recharge and destress. Come try a class with us today and discover the benefits of mindfulness and self-care. Rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect. Please wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring 1 or 2 blankets and/or a quilt and/or sleeping bag and 2 pillows (or 1 pillow and 1 bolster cushion if you have one). As you drop into deep relaxation the body can get a little cool - think as cosy as possible.
