Get ready to dial in technique, race strategy, and serious intensity as we tackle 4 key Hyrox workout stations in a half-distance simulation: FORMAT: Before we hit the floor, we’ll spend time breaking down movement patterns, covering key race rules (Singles & Doubles), and sharing practical tips to make you more efficient at each station. Then, we put it into practice with a half-distance simulation featuring 4 key Hyrox stations: MAIN WORKOUT/HALF SIM: • 1km Run • Ski Erg • 1km Run • Sled Pull • 1km Run • Burpee Broad Jumps • 1km Run • Sandbag Lunges • 1km Run to finish Whether you're new to Hyrox or looking to level up, this is for YOU.
