A take away strength program (needing little to no equipment)
Techniques to keep you safe, even when you're tired
An improved running style for you to practice with
You will leave the workshop with all the tools you need to carry on your running future safe from injury. As you practice your new style and the strengthening exercises take effect, you'll find yourself getting quicker with a more relaxed style.
There will be a break to refuel and hydrate so please bring some food and water.
