RUNNING WORKSHOP

Running is the most accessible form of exercise in the world,

BUT whether you're a novice or a veteran, running is a skill!

To really enjoy and get the most from this ever growing sport, there are some basics to learn!

If you are.....

  • Currently running with pain

  • Susceptible to injury

  • Wanting to improve your form

  • Wanting to improve your performance

  • Just starting out and feel the need for some guidance

  • Just want to make the pastime you love more enjoyable.

THEN THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • A practical based workshop with some theory as ground work

  • A fully illustrated workbook

  • A take away core program

  • A take away strength program (needing little to no equipment)

  • Techniques to keep you safe, even when you're tired

  • An improved running style for you to practice with
     

You will leave the workshop with all the tools you need to carry on your running future safe from injury.  As you practice your new style and the strengthening exercises take effect, you'll find yourself getting quicker with a more relaxed style.

There will be a break to refuel and hydrate so please bring some food and water.
