Service Description

Small group fitness classes so you get the attention you deserve. The Vigour bootcamp is designed to increase fitness levels, help you feel more energised, lose body fat and develop lean muscle mass. The workouts are challenging but fun and can be adapted to suit all levels. 40 minutes of short bursts of intensity, mixing up some strength and skill with aerobic conditioning.
