Incorporating core activation and body weight exercises into any work out plus developing the stabilizing and balance muscles, we can build your strength and power to exceed your expectations. If your motives are sport orientated or just for everyday life then elements of plyometric training too will be enormously beneficial, either improving your technique in your sport or making everyday life easier.

At JDW Fitness all strength goals are considered, from beginner to advanced I will work with you to develop your mind and body for the best possible results, helping you to become the best that you can be. It’s not all about big muscles.
